Caterpillar Europe - Product marketing

My work for Michael Tristram Design on the Caterpillar account saw me take responsibility for the design and art direction of product marketing collatoral across a range of sales and marketing elements including brochures, adverts, direct mail and interactive product tours. I also undertook several art direction assignments in locations across Europe including France, Spain and Italy.

Unigraph Design

My postion at Unigraph design as Senior creative artworker allowed me the opportunity to manage campaigns for major financial institutions such as Lloyds, TSB, HBoS and Halifax. Liasing with London creative agencies and Xerox's supply chain required fastidious and rigourous administration and management skills. Running the studio meant keeping a level head under considerable pressure and tight deadlines.

Cotswold Outdoor

Following on from a six month maternity cover contract I have secured a regular stream of work at Cotswold Outdoor's in house design department. I made major contributions to their UK wide marketing initiatives including design and artwork for biennial catalogue releases; including take up of data driven workflow, POS and local marketing and major seasonal campaign work.

RioMed medical software

RioMed is an international software development company that has provided cutting edge healthcare applications to Europe and The Americas since 1997. I was engaged by RioMed to work on a number of high profile projects including the redesign of the interface of their premier software product Cellma, the design of a new identity, sales brochure and illustrations for their iPROMs software and the redesign of the RioMed identity and associated guidelines.

Lionhouse Creative

The great team of people at Lionhouse allowed me the opportunity to work across some of the accounts on their impressive client list. The workload ranged from extensive photoshop image manipulation on the Grenson shoes site to design & artwork on brochure and direct mail projects with Gill. I also assisted with pitch work for the Sport in Science account win and design and artwork for V12 Footwear.

Rob is a highly skilled designer and artwork professional. He has over 12 years of commercial experience working in both agency and in-house environments. A specialist in creative design for print he also has highly polished and refined artwork skills that will get your project to print on time and on budget. Degree qualified in fine art with a lifetime of doodling in the sketchbook he can be as creative and conceptual as required.

With an eye for pixel perfect detail Rob can help take your digital vision online. Although more often found making things look pretty than coding he has a wealth of practical experience and a good understanding of HTML, CSS and some scripting. He has a great understanding of the requirements for front end design ensuring his creativity works in harmony with your development team. More recently Rob has broadened his skills and become a proficient Squarespace designer.

My Charities

I support a few charities both large and small in scale. Some I donate my hard earned cash to and others I raise funds for directly mainly by cycling, running or some other form of sporting challenge. Smile with Siddy

At the start of 2013 some very close friends of mine lost their 16 month old son Sid to a rare form of cancer called Neuroblastoma. They have shown truely incredible strength through the course of this tragedy and set up a charity called Smile with Siddy dedicated to raising awareness and funding for medical research in the hope that other families will not have to go through the pain and loss that they have endured. The charity has now partnered with Neuroblastoma UK (NBUK). I donated my time in setting up a simple webpage for the charity and producing a logo, leaflets, graphics and sports clothing to be worn by us all as we took on a range of charity fundraising challenges.
